EU supports pro-democracy protestors in Iran

EU foreign affairs chief Catherine Ashton has expressed the European Union's support for protestors calling for democracy and human rights in Iran.

According to different reports, Tehran has prevented Opposition Chairman Mir Hossein Mousavi for taking part in events marking the Islamic Revolution's 31st anniversary. (AFP)
