Former Shin Bet chief opposes allowing expats to vote
Former Shin Bet chief Yaacov Perry said he is strongly against the proposal to allow expatriate Israelis to vote abroad.
"Citizens who have chosen to live abroad should not be permitted to shape the public and political agenda of the State of Israel," Perry said to Ynet. He added that he intends to sign every petition against the proposed bill. (Attila Somfalvi)
