The United Nations remains committed to legal efforts to uncover the truth about the slaying of Lebanon's ex-premier Rafiq Hariri five years ago, the UN chief's spokesman said Friday.
"The secretary general reaffirms the commitment of the United Nations to the efforts of the Special Tribunal for Lebanon to uncover the truth, so as to bring those responsible to justice and end impunity in Lebanon," Martin Nesirky said in a statement. (AFP)
