Deputy defense minister: Freeze order violations in 29 settlements

Deputy Defense Minister Matan Vilnai said in response to a query by Meretz Chairman MK Chaim Oron that construction freeze order violations have been found in 29 settlements throughout the West Bank.
Peace Now Secretary-General Yariv Oppenheimer said in response that "the construction freeze in settlements is an empty statement. In practice, there is no freeze, no enforcement, and the decision is not being implemented." (Efrat Weiss)
