Hamas: French passport used by Dubai assassin also fake
Hamas spokesman Ayman Taha said Tuesday that he has been informed by French officials that the French passport used by one of the members of the murder squad in Dubai was fake and that the individual was not a French citizen.
"France cleared itself from involvement in this act, which suggests that the Israeli Mossad is behind it," Taha told the al-Arabiya network. Earlier Tuesday, British authorities said that the British passports used by Mahmoud al-Mabhouh's assassins were fake. (Roee Nahmias)
