Ratzon petitions Supreme Court for phone rights

Goel Ratzon petitioned the Supreme Court against the district court's decision to prohibit him from using the telephone until the end of legal proceedings against him.
In addition, the appeal submitted by Attorney Shlomtzion Gabbai from the Public Defender's Office claimed that the district court was incorrect in its ruling to place a gag order on the content of the investigation and in its ruling to send Ratzon for a parole review at this point.
