Report: Thousands of violent incidents in hospitals not reported

Some 3,600 violent incidents against staff members in hospitals and clinics across the country were reported in 2009, but only 650 complaints were filed with the police, according to data released by the Health Ministry's security department.
According to the figures, 2009 recorded an 8% drop in the number of violent incidents in hospitals compared to the previous year. (Meital Yasur-Beit Or)
