Iran says IAEA study 'confirms atom work peaceful'

Iran said on Thursday the UN nuclear watchdog's latest report confirmed that its nuclear activities were peaceful, the state news agency IRNA reported.

"The IAEA's new report confirmed Iran's peaceful nuclear activities and the country's non-deviation towards military purposes," Iran's envoy to the International Atomic Energy Agency, Ali Asghar Soltanieh, told IRNA. (Reuters)
