Twitter account of Israel's UK Embassy says tennis player hit Dubai target
A message published by the Twitter account of the Israeli Embassy in Britian read "You heard it here first: Israeli tennis player carries out hit on Dubai target." On Wednesday Israeli tennis player Shahar peer qualified for the semifinals in the Dubai championship.
The report comes in the backdrop of the assassination of a Hamas official in Dubai by a hit quad whose members disguised themselves as tennis players. The use of British passports sparked tensions between Jerusalem and London. (Ynet)
