Tamar drilling partners to sell gas for $500 million to Dimona factory

Drilling partners at the Tamar gas field off of Hadera announced Sunday to the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange that they signed a letter of intent with a factory in Dimona to sell them natural gas for a power station that will serve the factory. The deal will be for about $500 million and will be in effect for 17 years.
The statement to the Stock Exchange noted that the letter of intent is non-binding since the two sides plan on conducting negotiations with the objective of signing a contract within the coming months. (Ynet)
