Yesha Council: IDF approved turning Ariel College into university

The Yesha Council said Sunday that the Central Command chief on Thursday signed an approval to turn the Ariel College into a university center. The official approval was required following Defense Minister Ehud Barak's decision on the matter. (Shmulik Grossman)
