France, Spain to allot time to talks between Israel, Palestinians

French Foreign Minister Bernard Kouchner and Spanish Foreign Minister Miguel Moritanos said that Europe must allot time to negotiations between Israel and the Palestinians until a Palestinian state is established and peace between the two sides achieved.
Europe must take responsibility for the matter together with the US, said the two in an interview with French newspaper, La Monde. (AFP)
