Cypriot president: We endorse measures against Iran

Cypriot President Demetris Christofias met with Welfare and Social Services Minister Isaac Herzog and told him that the Cypriots "are concerned with the Iranian issue and endorse the need to take international measures." The meeting was also attended by Cypriot Foreign Minister Marcos Kyprianou.
The three discussed the resumption of negotiations with the Palestinians but did not address the assassination of Hamas official Mahmoud al-Mabhouh in Dubai. (Roni Sofer)
