MK Dichter proposes changing Kadima protocol over primaries

Knesset Member Avi Dichter presented a proposal during the Kadima faction meeting of creating a team which would review the party's internal conduct and the steps which would be required to change the protocol for the purpose of moving up the primaries. The faction members discussed the issue but did not vote on it. (Attila Somfalvi)
