US State Department spokesman Philip Crowley said that Iran's declaration of setting up two additional uranium-enrichment facilities constitutes new evidence of Tehran's violation of its commitment to the international community.
Crowley said that Iran refuses to cooperate with the International Atomic Energy Agency. (AFP)
