Another round of UNIFIL-Israel talks on Ghajar concludes

The Foreign Ministry in Jerusalem held its fourth round of talks with UNIFIL on normalizing the status of the northern section of the Ghajar village, which straddles the border between Israel and Lebanon.
The head of the Israeli team, Foreign Ministry Director-General Yossi Gal, and the new UNIFIL commander, General Alberto Asarta of Spain, met and lead a detailed discussion that revolved mainly around the civilian aspects of the issues at hand. The Foreign Ministry reported that the talks were held in a positive and constructive tone. (Roni Sofer)
