J'lem court: Father who murdered daughter not responsible for his actions
None
Jerusalem District Court accepted the evaluation of the district psychologist that ruled that Nahman Inshin, charged with murdering his baby daughter, was not responsible for his actions when he committed the crime.
The judges ruled that Inshin did indeed commit the act, but, in light of the psychiatrist's evaluation, halted legal proceedings against him and ordered that he be admitted to a psychiatric hospital. (Aviad Glickman)
