Netanyahu: Palestinians misunderstood heritage site decision

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said that "there will be no change in the status-quo at the Cave of Patriarchs or Rachel's Tomb", and that the source of the Palestinian response to naming the two sites as part of Israel's heritage plan was "a misunderstanding".
