Report: Hariri apologizes to Assad for Saddam Hussein comparison

Lebanese Prime Minister Saad Hariri phoned Syrian President Bashar Assad and apologized for comparing him to executed Iraqi dictator Saddam Hussein in a recent interview with the Italian newspaper Corriere della Sera, the Syrian daily Al Watan reported. (Roee Nahmias)
