Clinton heading to Latin America after Chile quake

US Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton is heading to Latin America on a weeklong, five-nation tour expected to be dominated by the earthquake in Chile and building support for fresh penalties against Iran.

Clinton plans to leave Washington on Sunday evening to attend the inauguration of Uruguay's new president, ex-guerrilla Jose Mujica. (AP)
