High Court slams State for failure to enforce freeze order in Kiryat Netafim
High Court of Justice judges criticized the State for not doing enough to stop construction in the settlement of Kiryat Netafim, despite the interim order issued in the matter several months ago.
Discussing a petition filed by the Peace Now movement, Justice Salim Joubran asked that State's representative: "You said the interim order was violated. What steps is the State of Israel taking to deal with the violated order?" (Aviad Glickman)
