Right-wing activists have recently erected the illegal outpost Kibbutz Givat Menachem for the third time in the past few months.
Settlers residing in the outpost, located near the settlement of Nahliel in the Binyamin region, said the name was meant to "mark the discrimination" practiced by the state when it evacuates outposts but not kibbutzim.
The words "Mordechai the Jew will not bow" and "Happy Purim to all of West Binyamin's residents" were inscribed on the outpost's lone wooden structure.
"We will erect the outpost again and again; if the army has enough time on its hands to deal with razing (outposts), I guess it means that it does not have more important missions to focus on," said Itzik Shadmi, a spokesman for the Binyamin Settlers' Committee.
The Civil Administration said in response that a demolition order for the site has been issued.
The outpost was first erected in early November. The new community set up a wooden structure and a 'hangout spot' for teens.
Left-wing organizations claimed the structures were set up on a Palestinian grove belonging to residents of a nearby village, and it was subsequently evacuated by security forces.
