Senior Fatah official: J'lem volatile, Barkat may make it worse
Hatem Abdel Kader, who holds the Jerusalem portfolio in the Fatah movement, said that Jerusalem Mayor Nir Barkat will bear the responsibility if the city deteriorates into fighting if his plan to evacuate the illegal building in Silwan is carried out.
