PM: Majority wishes must hold for sake of Likud
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said during a meeting of the Likud Central Committee that "the minority will not enslave the majority," referring to opposition to his proposal to postpone the elections to central party positions.
"We will not enter an internal battle over this, because the challenges are great and indifference is dangerous," he added. "We must go with what the majority wants, for the sake of the movement." (Attila Somfalvi)
