Minister Aharonovitch says he will not be updated on Lieberman case
Internal Security Minister Yitzhak Aharonovitch's office said that at the minister's request, he will not be updated regarding the details of Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman's investigation, nor the investigations of other public officials.
"Minister Aharonovitch was not, is not, and will not be updated on his investigation. The enforcement authorities must continue acting freely, professionally, and independently. The decision on the issue will be made by Attorney General Yehuda Weinstein," the statement said. (Efrat Weiss)
