Initial report: Civilian infiltrates Kirya base twice, reaches Ashkenazi's office

The police have arrested an Israeli citizen who infiltrated the Kirya military base in central Tel Aviv twice in order to roam the area, Ynet learned. Police officers were astounded to find that the same person had recently been caught near the IDF chief of staff's office.
