4 killed in explosion during Iraq vote

At least four people were killed and eight wounded on Sunday when an explosion destroyed a residential building in Baghdad as Iraq began a parliamentary election, an Interior Ministry source said.

A second explosion at another building killed one person, the source added. (Reuters)
