IDF arrests Palestinian tractor driver who hit Israeli vehicle
An IDF force has arrested a Palestinian tractor driver who hit an Israeli car near the Gilad Farm in the West Bank, an incident which resulted in two injuries.
An initial inquiry indicates that the incident was a result of a car accident and not an act of terrorism. Nevertheless, the tractor driver was turned over for questioning with security forces. (Efrat Weiss)
