Lieberman talks to EU foreign affairs representative Ashton
Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman held a telephone conversation with High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Catherine Ashton about issues pertaining to the region, in the run-up to the Quartet meeting in Moscow next week.
Ashton has directed strong criticism against Israel's policies in the past, but has also maintained ongoing contact with Israel's foreign minister and other government representatives. (Roni Sofer)
