Yishai: East Jerusalem construction decision not linked to Biden's visit
Interior Minister Eli Yishai (Shas) said the plan to construct 1,600 housing units in east Jerusalem "has been dragging on for more than three years, and this is a stage in a long process which will continue for some time."
