Knesset approves property tax exemption for training colleges

The Knesset has approved a law which determines that professional training colleges will be exempt from municipal property taxes, as is already the case for premises under Education Ministry supervision.

The education institutions in question are those recognized by the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Labor. The law was initiated by MK Shelly Yacimovich (Labor). (Zvi Lavi)
