US says not rushing START talks with Russia
The United States said Tuesday it is not trying to rush negotiations with Russia to reach an agreement on the START arms reduction pact before a planned nuclear summit in April.
"Obviously, they are working on the last few remaining issues to a new treaty and we are certainly hopeful that that can done in short order," White House Spokesman Robert Gibbs said. (Reuters)
