Noam Shalit meets EU parliament president

Noam Shalit, father of kidnapped soldier Gilad Shalit, met with EU Parliament President Jerzy Buzek to discuss matters regarding the release of his son. The parliament is set to discuss a proposal calling for the soldier's immediate release and the maintaining of his rights according to the Geneva Convention on Thursday. Shalit asked that the proposal be announced in Gaza. (Ahiya Raved)
