Soldiers indicted for compromising Palestinian child during Gaza op

Two Givati Brigade combat soldiers were indicted for exceeding their authority and improper conduct as part of an incident which occurred during Operation Cast Lead. The soldiers are accused of asking a nine-year-old Palestinian child to open bags which were thought to contain bombs.
This constitutes the second indictment filed following the operation in Gaza. (Hanan Greenberg)
