Report: Mubarak won't attend Arab summit due to surgery

Egyptian sources informed the Kuwaiti al-Dar newspaper that President Hosni Mubarak won't attend the Arab summit to be held in Libya at the end of the month since he is recovering from surgery.
According to the report, Egypt will be represented by Ahmed Nazif who has taken over presidency authorities until Mubarak recovers. (Roee Nahmias)
