Court rejects petition against construction reform
The High Court of Justice has rejected a petition filed by environmental groups against the implementation of the Planning and Construction Law, which they claim "hurts the quality of life" in Israel.
The judges said the matter "does not justify the court's intervention as the damage to the public (as a result of the law) has decreased significantly." (Ronen Medzini)
