PM's Office: Cabinet to approve fence on Israel-Egypt border

None

Sources at the Prime Minister's Office said they expect the cabinet to approve a plan to build a security fence on the Israel-Egypt border.

There has been an ongoing debate between the Treasury and Defense Ministries vis-à-vis funding for the project, which is estimated to cost NIS 1.35 billion ($360 million). The sources stated that the cabinet is expected to approve the plan despite the disagreements. (Roni Sofer)
