Labor's Barak: Biden fiasco not intentional but damaging
During a party meeting, Labor Party Chairman Ehud Barak referred to the crisis between the US and Israel over the decision regarding construction in east Jerusalem's Ramat Shlomo neighborhood, which was announced during US Vice President Joe Biden's visit to Israel. The fiasco was "not intentional, but was nonetheless damaging," Barak said.
"Our relationship with the Americans is an important part of our security. While we are responsible for our fate, this close relationship obliges us to act in a proper manner." (Attila Somfalvi)
