Iran ready to assist reconciliation between Fatah, Hamas
Sources in the Iranian Foreign Ministry said that Tehran is willing to assist in reconciliation efforts between Fatah and Hamas. The offer comes after Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas accused Iran of thwarting efforts to bring an end to the dispute.
"Iran's key position is to support unity between the factions in Palestine," the Ministry said. (AFP)
