Hanegbi to present bill for clearing minefields in Israel

Chairman of the Knesset Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee MK Tzachi Hanegbi (Likud) said he would present a bill to deal with the problem of minefields in Israel.
"I have taken this project upon myself, and the committee will see it through," he said. "Within a few years, Israel must be counted among other states which have cleared their lethal minefields." (Amnon Meranda)
