Minister Shalom: Exact heavy price for Qassam firing

Vice Prime Minister Silvan Shalom said that the Qassam rocket fired into Israel that killed a foreign worker in Netiv Ha'asar is "a serious exacerbation and Israel must respond accordingly."
"It would be proper to respond because it cannot be left without a response, and the price needs to be a heavy one," said Shalom during a tour of Safed where a medical school is slated to open. (Hagai Einav)
