Home Front Command instructs clarification of Color Red guidelines

Following recent events the Home Front Command has instructed its Eshkol branch to make sure local residents review safety instructions for conduct during Color Red alerts.
According to the guidelines, one must enter a fortified area within five minutes of hearing the alert. (Ilana Curiel)
