Japan: Iran nuclear weapon would be 'immeasurable problem'

The foreign ministers of Japan and France called on Iran to clarify its intentions regarding its nuclear program and prove it has no intention of obtaining nuclear weapons.
In a joint statement, the Japanese minister Katsuya Okada and his French counterpart Bernard Kouchner said their countries were both deeply concerned about Iran's plans, noting that if Iran obtains nuclear weapons this will constitute an immeasurable problem. (AFP)
