United Nations Secretary-General announced during a visit to the Gaza Strip that Israel has agreed to launch a project to renovate housing and sewage infrastructure in Khan Younis. The project includes the rebuilding of 150 housing units, a mill and an UNRWA school.
Ban said that this was a positive move, but stressed that the Strip's residents were dealing with harsh conditions and a difficult life and prove their courage every day." (Ali Waked)
