Minister Landau: Investing in oil alternatives will boost war on terror

National Infrastructure Minister Uzi Landau said that Israel could be the Middle East's oil alternatives' site and linked the investment in oil alternatives to the war on global terror, at the AIPAC conference in Washington on Monday.
