Minister Landau: No one can tell Israel what to do in Jerusalem

None

National Infrastructure Minister Uzi Landau told Ynet after his return from Washington that Jerusalem has been Israel's capital for 3000 years. "We don't tell the Britons what to do in London, or the French what to do in Paris, and we don't expect our friends to tell us what to do in Jerusalem," he said.

"We cannot accept a situation in which Arabs can live anywhere in the city while Jews cannot. We need to put a stop to the routine in which demands are only made of the Israeli side while the Palestinians are made allowances for." (Roni Sofer)
