Knesset Speaker Reuven Rivlin said "the five-year plan approved this week by the government for the Arab sector is a positive message."
"It is a message of commitment, and indicates that we don't just talk about co-existence and equality but also act to facilitate it," said Rivlin during a lecture in the Arab Academic College in Haifa. (Amnon Meranda)
