State: High Court petition on ER relocation premature

The State Prosecutor's Office claimed in the High Court of Justice Sunday that the Movement for Quality Government in Israel was quick to file an unnecessary petition demanding to expand the examination team headed by the Prime Minister's Office Director-General Eyal Gababi regarding the relocation of the Barzilai hospital's emergency room.
In a response to the petition the State noted that Gabai had met relevant parties on the matter, including medical and security elements. The State claimed that the petition was filed before the Prime Minister's Office had been given a chance to assemble the committee. (Aviad Glickman)
