Meretz motions to evacuate Beit Yehonatan in east J'lem

Meretz - New Movement filed a petition with the High Court of Justice Sunday against the prime minister, police, and the Jerusalem Municipality demanding to evacuate Beit Yehonatan in the Silwan neighborhood.
The petition claims that the mayor of Jerusalem and the municipality director delayed the implementation of the district court's ruling according to which the house must be evicted. It was further claimed that by not evacuating the site, the State itself was turning into an accomplice. (Aviad Glickman)
