The Jerusalem District Court instructed to extradite to France a man with dual citizenships that escaped to Israel while standing trail for the rape of his step-daughter.
The 52-year-old man fled to Israel in June 2007 – two weeks after his trail opened in France. He was arrested last November. (Aviad Glickman)
